To change choice of a dropdown list in excel, follow this step:

1) click on DATA

2) click on the cell with the dropdown field you want to change

3) click on data validation

In the next window you'll see all the choices, into the Source tab, feel free to change them at your conveinience.

After that simply copy this cell into the other with same settings
