Below is the example when you try to enlarge the picture, it show a "Crash Picture Icon" instead of enlarge the picture.

You may solve this issue by EXIT the whole Microsoft Team application and relaunch it.

First you may need to right click on the Microsoft Team icon on the bottom right of your laptop screen show in the below picture and select "Quit".

Then you may relaunch Microsoft Team on your laptop desktop and the issue will automatically resolved.
