ISSUE:

No sound can be heard when attending a Microsoft Team Meeting.

ROOT CAUSE:

Both Mic and speaker are disabled.

SOLUTION:

Enable the laptop Mic & speaker of your PC.

STEPS:

1. Look at the F1 and F4 of your keyboard.

2. Ensure to toggle off both the F1 & F4 keys to OFF.

NOTE:

3. As additional check, Goto Microsoft Team Meeting's Settings > Devices.

4. Ensure that you have set the correct Speaker and Mic for your current Microsoft Team Meeting.
