Using the Enhanced Approvals Overview PowerApp, (available on the Bluesheets homepage), you can follow-up on partial approvals received.

In below example you can see we are awaiting approval from Julie and have already received approval from Ratna.  

As soon as Julie completes the approval request, it will be registered in history (both for Ratna and Julie), and then the Final Approval will be requested.

 

In the example below, you can see all the names who already approved in the "Response(s) Received" column.  As long as Tricia has not approved, the history can't be registered in the form itself.

Only when all approvers have approved, the history will be registered in the form itself.
