PO receiver will be created only after program PPS300 is closed.

If you don’t close PPS300 correctly, you will NOT get the document => always close PPS300 before signing out of M3.

If you report PO receipt twice, without closing PPS300 in between, there will be only one document for both receipts., with only 1 PO number in the mail subject and file name.

Reported 2 PO receipts without closing PPS300 in between.

Closed PPS300 at 10:48 => only received 1 mail.

Mail subject and file name contain 1 PO number only.
