Functionality of pre- and post-text can be  used for CO documents. In this case, text blocks are selected in the CO process. This screenshot shows that specific documents can be selected.

Text can be entered in text blocks manually, but also can be selected from predefined text blocks in CRS950.

If the text block is intended to be used for a specific customer, it’s recommended to use the full customer number and then a letter designation behind it. C = Confirmation, I = Invoice, ... 

How to select predefined blocks: functionality is the same as when you manually add pre- or post text. During this process, instead of entering text manually, hit F4 to browse…
