Power Apps is included in the Office 365 service, so you may access it through Office 365 panel.

1. Select the Power Apps show on the list, or click "All apps" (if it do not show on your list):

2. You may find the Power Apps in the list of All apps. 

3. You may access Power Apps through this link https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/

4. Select Sign in to connect it through your Kemin email account.

5. This is the homepage of your Power Apps panel. Select Apps to access the Power Apps build by your IT team.
