User profile status in Microsoft Outlook not same as the status in Microsoft Teams, it is due to there is a setting need to be set in Microsoft Teams.

Step 1: Click on ... icon

Step 2: Click on Settings 

Step 3: Tick on Register teams as the chat app for Office (requires restarting Office applications)

After that, the user profile status will sync between Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.
