Issue: Java not found in Add/Remove Programs but still able detect using Computer Center software. 

Solution: 

Download revo uninstaller from https://www.revouninstaller.com/ 

Right Click uninstall Java

 Revo Uninstaller will scan all registry entries

Select All and click Delete

The Click Next

Click Finish to complete the uninstall

uninstall Revo Uninstaller after use
