How to install and Configure Avaya Communicator

Installer located at - N:\IT\SOFTWARE PACKAGES\KEMIN CORPORATE SOFTWARE\Avaya VOIP Phone

  1. Double click on Avaya-Communicator-2.1.4.0-NGUE-FLAREWINIPOREGRESSION10-JOB1.291.msi
  2. Click on Next

  1. Click on Next

 

  1. Click on Next

  1. Click Install


 

 

  1. Click Finish

  1. Click on Login

  1. Enter extension no and PIN 

 


 

 

  1. Go to Setting at right hand corner

  1. Enter below information:
    1. Server Address: 192.168.72.1
    2. Server port: 5060
    3. Transport Type: TCP
    4. Domain: 192.168.72.1
    5. Set automatically set to away to Never
  2. Click OK 


 

 

  1. Untick Use Microsoft Outlook Contacts

 

  1. Under Preferences, enable auto start on windows
