When an MO is created it gets status 20:

Some users / BU’s want to manually change the order status when preparations have been done, e.g. changed material lines, prepared order documents, printed labels... To indicate that preparations have been completed.

KAE Ops is changing the orders from sts 20 to sts 40, so they will appear in MES.

Changing this status into sts 40 does not change anything else for the MO.

Below is explained how you can change the status when it still has a status < 40

Select the MO + option 22 check component availability

Select “Actions” + F15 Stage all

The order now has status 40.

If you want to bring it back to sts 20, you can also select “Actions” + F16 Reset stage

And the MO will go back to sts 20.
