When an MO has been created, a record in LIS200 - Lab Inspection Request and MMS235 Lot Master can be created automatically, before any MO transaction has been reported. This will only work if all conditions are met. More information below:


  1. STANDARD M3 – a record will be in MMS235 and LIS200 after MO- or PO goods receipt has been reported.

MMS235

In MMS001/E, lot control method should be = 3.

LIS200

MMS001/F, Inspection code should be 2 or 3.

LIS100 a valid record needed, since this is the ‘template’ for the LIS200 record.

 

  1. KEMIN MOD – when a MO is created, a record will already be generated in MMS235 and LIS200 if below conditions are met:

MMS001/E

Lot control method should be 3-in lot master.

MMS001/F

Inspection code should be 2 or 3

MMS001/G

Configuration code should be 3; the MOD will work for product variants only.

LIS100

There should be a valid record in LIS100, LI specification type 4 = for analysis of the production process.

If there is no record for the item, it will check if a valid record exists for the item in the first material line of the product structure.
