The Power BI service web portal is accessible at following link: http://app.powerbi.com .

You don't need a VPN connection to use the Power BI service web portal.

The first time you’ll visit the link, you’ll be redirected to the following page. Click on the Sign In button.

At this point, depending on the configuration of your computer, you might see two different login pages.

Option 1:

Just click on your email address to continue.

Option 2:

Enter your Kemin email account

Enter your Windows login and password.

NOTE: this login procedure will be required only the first time you access the Power BI service and occasionally when your browser settings will change (for instance after you clean the browser’s cache).

After you complete the login, you’ll be redirected to following page

from the left panel

select Apps (1), then enter KFT (2) in the search box

Click on KFT EMEA Sales app to open it.

Exploring KFT EMEA sales dashboard

The report includes 7 pages; you can expand the report by clicking on the arrow ^ situated on the right side of the report name.

This Power BI report is built using object level security and dynamic filtering. This implies that:

• each sales person can see only his/her sales and the records of people reporting to him/her.
• gross margins are visible only for specific users.

In the example below, the sales managers for Spain and Finland will be able to see only their own sales, while the sales director EU will be able to see all records. The Sales Manager SW EU will have visibility over his/her sales and the sales from Spain and Italy.

Exploring the KFT EMEA Open orders report

This report displays open orders from M3; data are refreshed every day at specific times: 7am, 8am, 9am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 3pm, 5pm.

Dynamic filtering is not applied; thus everyone can see all open orders for this team.

Exploring the KFT EMEA call plan analysis report

This report is connected to Nexa and data are refreshed once a day during the night jobs.

The stacked bar chart on the first page displays a summary of all projects by their current phase and each project is classified as follows:

- Green: when a project stays in a specific phase for less than 90 days

- Yellow: when a project stays in a specific phase for more than 90 days and less than 180 days

- Light red: when a project stays in a specific phase for more than 180 days and less than 270 days

- Solid red: when a project stays in a specific phase for more than 365 days
