1. Open your Explorer window (you can use the shortkey combination on your keyboard:  "Windows button" + "E".

2. Select the address bar at the top and type the printservername: \\bekiprint1 
Then hit the Enter button.

3. A list of printers is shown. Right click the desired printer and select 'Connect'. The printer has now been installed. 

Tip: if you want to change your default print : go to Control Panel / Devices and Printers and right click the printer, then select 'Set as default printer'
