Use OIS150 - to add/change pre- and post-text for CO invoice for CO in status 66 = delivered

Since M3 allows to create more than one delivery in one CO, adding/changing pre-text and post-text should affect only deliveries that are pending for confirmation. All confirmed deliveries and related invoices should not be affected by this.

In order to add/change texts in confirmed deliveries, this process must be done in OIS150 directly at the confirmed delivery.
