Sometimes 1 CO can have multiple deliveries (e.g. due to different dates, multiple picking list, etc..)

This means that more invoices will be created in M3, which usually is not desirable => M3 only allows to group delivery notes if no picking list exists.

Select the delivery you want to move into another one + select option 44 – delivery lines

Select the line + option 20 – move to existing.

Select the delivery you want to keep.. as you’ll add the previously selected delivery to this one…>

If you go back to OIS300 and again select option 43, you see there’s only one delivery note left…

You now also will have only 1 CO invoice after goods have been shipped.
