• if it's a change
    • start a new PTP approval process.  A new document and new Record Number will be created in the Vault.
    • Select "I need to obsolete or update a document on the Vault" to obsolete the incorrect document that is now not valid anymore.

  • if it's a small change for one of these record types
  • if it's a small change for a record type not in the list above
    • then go to Vault.Kemin.Com and select Need Help 
    • then select "I need to obsolete or update a document on the Vault" and 
    • then put into Step 2
      • the information that an "update is required"
      • the record number.  
    • ** Internal IT will receive a Helpdesk Ticket to update the document and contact you to request the replacement document
      • The document name must be identical to the existing document in the Vault

  • If it's an obsolete request for one of these record types
  • if it's an obsolete request for a record type not in the list above
    • then go to Vault.Kemin.Com and select Need Help 
    • then select "I need to obsolete or update a document on the Vault" and 
    • then put into Step 2
      • indicate this is an obsolete request
      • the record number(s) you need to be set to Obsolete.  
    • ** (Internal IT will receive a Helpdesk Ticket to obsolete those record number(s))!!



  • If it's a Logo Change only 
    • then Go To Logo.Kemin.Com
    • then select Document Logo Update
    • then select New
    • fill in the information and attach the spec and it will replace it.
