Resolve "REQUIRED PROPERTIES - To save to the server, correct the invalid or missing required properties" in the PTP process.

Resolve the "unable to make changes" issue while attempting to review materials (word docs) in the Permission To Publish Process.

Below is a print screen of the error message:

Usually this occurs if the document was downloaded from a SharePoint library and it kept some metadata tags from the original library which PTP can't manage.
To resolve:  

1. Open the document 

2. then click on File and select "Info" on the left menu

3. then click on check for issues

4. then click inspect document.  

5. Leave only the Document Properties and Personal Information Checked 

6. then click Inspect 

7. then click remove all when the next panel comes up.

   

 8. Then click Save and it should allow you to save the document back to the list.
