If an MO is locked, first check with the user from warning message, that he/she is not working in the MO, before you use PMS140 to unlock.


Open PMS140.

 

In this example the MO is locked on sts = 22 

 

  • Use filter sts 22 - 22


Select option 11 Reset/repl act


Hit OK + confirm <NEXT>


Hit ok again + confirm <NEXT>

 


The MO now has status 20 in PMS100.
