Sales statistics include details from existing addresses. Therefore Customer addresses are not to be deleted. If needed, the valid to date can be entered if an existing customer address no longer should be used.

  • In OIS002/E, a valid to date can be entered.

  • If no longer active, M3 will give a warning msg and will not allow to proceed with an invalid CO address at CO entry.

Note: you might prefer to see system messages in a dialog box, in the middle of your screen.

 

If so, open any program, go to Tools, User settings and select accordingly and select Save at the bottom of user settings.
